If you or your child has dental braces, you are no doubt aware that dental braces care is extremely important. After all, braces are quite an investment of money and time. With braces, wires, rubber bands, springs, and other dental appliances, food and plaque can easily build up, and will stain teeth if they are not cleaned away thoroughly.
The acids in the foods and drinks we eat can wear away your teeth and cause the stain to go deeper into the tooth and this can cause bacteria to grow inside and eventually can cause gum disease. This is why we brush our teeth to keep them like new. If you are not brushing all of the sides of your teeth then that is where your stains are digging deeper and deeper into your teeth and you need to use a teeth whitening system like the ionic teeth whitening product.

Question
My teeth are incredibly sensitive and I use sensodyne toothpaste but it doesnt seem to be helping much. Does anyone else have any other ideas?
Answer
First, attempt to decided if you have Sinus troubles, if you do the sensitivity you feel may be due to sinus pressure on the main nerve trunk that feeds both the face and jaw and of course the teeth.
Second, if that seems likely you need to see an ENT(Ear, Nose & Throat) Dr. If he or she fails to come with the answer then see you DDS (Dentists).
Good luck and I wish you well.
