    My teeth are incredibly sensitive and I use sensodyne toothpaste but it doesnt seem to be helping much. Does anyone else have any other ideas?

    First, attempt to decided if you have Sinus troubles, if you do the sensitivity you feel may be due to sinus pressure on the main nerve trunk that feeds both the face and jaw and of course the teeth.
    Second, if that seems likely you need to see an ENT(Ear, Nose & Throat) Dr. If he or she fails to come with the answer then see you DDS (Dentists).
