Dental X-rays Associated with Brain Tumor Risk

According to a new study, frequent dental X-rays are directly linked to the development on non-cancerous brain tumors. With this occasion, researchers wish to warn that dental X-rays that are ordered too often pose a high risk for the patient’s health. They do not say that patients should postpone or refuse taking dental X-rays, but they encourage patients to talk to their dentist and ask whether the X-rays are indeed necessary.
