Question
I have a bridge on the upper right side - two teeth - the bridge is loose - wiggling around. Can it be tightened into my gums again or do I have to get a new bridge.
Answer
The bridge can be tightened, but before that, you need to know the reason for it becoming loose and wiggling. Is there any decay in the teeth from which the bridge is taking the support? You need to show up to a dentist to get it checked.
Usually tightening helps, only if the adjacent teeth are fine and not damaged, but if they are decayed or fractured, then the support from them lessens, and you have to opt for a new prosthesis.

Dentistry has evolved in every term that it can bring back a smile, with any kind of treatment necessary depending on the conditions. Two major branches of dentistry that can help you get back the smile, and make you look better are Cosmetic dentistry and Restorative dentistry.
A resin bridge is a false tooth that is used to replace natural teeth that are missing or damaged. It is placed in gaps and attached to adjacent teeth or dental implants using crowns. Resin bridges are designed to match the size and color of adjacent teeth to the best possible degree.
The painted signs outside roadside dental clinics, of hefty pliers plucking teeth from open mouths, are not representative of Cambodian dentistry. Thank goodness. In fact, dental care in Cambodia has come a long way in recent years, dental training has begun anew and the quality of dental services, and equipment, has improved ten-fold.
