Bad breath sprays are a type on nonprescription treatment that is designed to hide bad breath odors or halitosis. Usually it comes in a small container that can be carried in a person’s purse or pocket, and is designed to be sprayed directly into the mouth. Although bad breath spray may mask bad breath odor temporarily, it is usually not effective at treating the cause of the bad breath odor, except for some specially manufactured bad breath sprays.
