  1. Your post was very informative and explained many of the reasons of having a bad breath. I have tried everything to prevent my breath odor and just recently I have found body mint tablets that were suppose to reduce it. I gave it a try and in couple of days I was pretty amazed how well it worked for me.

  2. I think mint tablets can save you from a bad breath not for a long time, but you need keep your mouth healthy.

  4. Several years ago, I went on a calorie-restricted diet consisting of high protein content and little carbohydrate content. My breath was noticeably worse than pre-diet. Therefore, I had to be acutely aware at all times of the condition of my breath. Perhaps if I had added more fiber to my diet that would have helped. Good tips!
