We eat and we think that food affects our teeth badly. And we are right. But, are there any foods that help keeping our teeth healthy? Is there anything that not only keeps but makes our teeth look and be better? Of course there are such products, and this article is made to describe them.

There’s a few studies that suggest many of the foods you’ve listed help with cancer prevention too. And I’m interested to read that carrots are good for your teeth, I knew they were good for your eyes but not your teeth. I used to think I’d be able to see in the dark if I ate a load of carrots and my parents did nothing to dissaude me. It was one way of getting me to eat my vegetables!
While many of these foods are, in a sense, healthy for our teeth and gums, it should be pointed out that, in another sense they can be harmful. Foods which contain sugars, or carbohydrates which convert to sugars, can feed any present pathogens responsible for tooth and gum decay. As a rule of thumb, it is a good idea to brush and irrigate after eating (even snacking)in order to clean the tooth surfaces as well as along and beneath the gum lines.
