On October 5 and 6, Davenport residents have gone one more reason to smile.
The River Center will host two days of free dental services for people who cannot afford otherwise to see a dentist.
This is free dental treatment event sponsored by the Iowa Mission of Mercy.
The exact location of the free dental clinic is at 136 E. 3rd Street- Davenport-52801.
This will be a first come first served free dental treatment clinic, and organizers advise patients to arrive early to the location.
The clinic will open its doors as early as 6:00am.
There will be plenty of free dental services provided: free professional dental cleanings, fillings, root canal treatments (limited number of this treatment!), and even the so called “flipper” partials.
Organizers say that a patient’s most severe dental problem will be treated for free on priority.
The Iowa MoM wishes to announce that at this particular free dental treatment event there will be no free bridges, dentures or crowns provided.
After the preliminary checkup, you together with the dentist will decide which problem needs to be treated.
Generally, dentists will make sure to offer free treatment for the most complicated dental issues, which might cause a lot of pain to the patient.
