Uninsured Kids Receive Free Dental Treatments

Uninsured children are many times putting up with neglect, especially when it comes to oral health.

This is why, Boise area dentists are getting ready to offer uninsured children free dental treatments through the Give Kids a Smile program.

This event is part of the regular, annual program held by the Idaho State Dental Association.

Dentists and dental hygienists join forces in order to offer free dental treatments such as dental cleanings and other needed oral health treatments.

Last year, the team has managed to offer free dental treatments to about 1,300 uninsured, underprivileged children from the community.

Unfortunately, statistics show that about 1 in 4 kids between the ages of two and eleven are putting up with untreated dental decay.

Now is the time to take your little one for proper free dental treatments.
