Smiles for Santa Free Dental Work Provided

A local dental office from Idaho Falls, Idaho held a Smiles for Santa free dental work day last Saturday.

Comfort Dental Care is the office which hosted the free dental work day, and this is already the 8th year they are organizing such humanitarian dentistry events.

Anyone with a dental problem could just walk in and get the free dental work treatments needed.

About 30 volunteers have been donating their time and skills for the benefit of the community on this free dental work day.

They provided $35,000 worth of free dental work treatments on this day.

Unfortunately, statistics show that the number of people below the age of 65 without dental insurance is considerably growing.

These people need dental care but they cannot afford it and such free dental work days are more than welcome in the area.

For the past 7 seven years, through the free dental work days the office held, there were treated well over 800 patients in need.

These patients could get rid of their discomforting or painful dental complication and await Christmas with a huge smile on their face.
