Free dental events are extremely important and welcome, especially now in times of economic crisis when thousands of people cannot afford even basic dental healthcare. Free dental events are extremely important and welcome, especially now in times of economic crisis when thousands of people cannot afford even basic dental healthcare.
The North Carolina Mission of Mercy’s (NCMOM) mobile free dental program is actually an extension program of the North Carolina Dental Society.
NCMOM is fully dependent on its volunteers who are joining their forces to offer something back to the community and to help people who are truly in need of such free dental services.
The volunteer staff comprises of dental hygienists, professional dentists, dental assistants and general volunteers who are needed for the organizational and administrative field of such free dental event.
On August 18th- 20th, NCMOM will hold a free dental event at the Charlotte Convention Center.
The North Carolina Missions of Mercy (NCMOM) portable free dental program is an outreach program of the North Carolina Dental Society.
NCMOM is a grassroots effort, dependent entirely on volunteers, including dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and scores of general volunteers which donate their time and talents tirelessly.
NCMOM is dependent on funding from charitable organizations, civic organizations, private corporate & personal donations as well as grants.
