Free Dental Clinic for Kids offered by Future Smiles

This week, Future Smiles is busy providing children with free dental care in Laughlin.

Children are our most important treasure, and it is our responsibility as adults to provide them with proper care.

The non profit organization Future Smiles will be present this week at the Bennett Elementary School, and it will be providing free dental services for about 50 children who are in need.

These free dental services include professional dental cleaning, fluoride varnish treatments, oral health screenings and dental sealants to keep those cavities at bay.

Parents of these children said how grateful they are for this free dental day event.

In order to take their children for a dental checkup or a treatment, they need to travel up to Las Vegas, because Laughlin offers so little in terms of proper access to dental care.

With this summer dental clinic, the children will be thoroughly examined, and offered the treatments that they need. Furthermore, parents can also receive free advice regarding treatment options for their little ones.

It is important to know that this is going to be only a temporary summer clinic, but Future Smiles operates as many as four such permanent clinics all throughout Las Vegas schools.

Organizers say that the non profit is planning to come back to Laughlin once more this year with such a free dental event for children.
