Free Dental Care for Children this Saturday

On Friday, December 21 there will be a free dental work day offered for children in New Jersey.

HOT!

Smile New Jersey is going to partner up with WIC (Women Infant and Children’s Program) and the Burlington County Freeholders to make this event possible.

Plenty of licensed dentists from the New Jersey area will offer a wide range of free dental work treatments to children.

The free dental treatments offered include full mouth examinations, X-rays, dental sealants, professional dental cleanings and fluoride dental applications.

Those children who do not have proper dental insurance will receive a dental cleaning, a fluoride application and an oral screening.

These free dental work treatments are extremely important for children, especially if one thinks about the fact that the greatest health issue kids struggle with is untreated tooth decay and abscesses.

Wherever available, Medicaid will cover 100% for these treatments.

The greatest majority of insurance policy types are accepted, and charity care usually covers deductibles and co-pays.

Parents who would like to get more information regarding this upcoming free dental work treatment, should call at the following number:

609-267-7004.

The exact location of the free dental clinic will be at the Burlington County Health Department (right off Woodland Road), starting with 9:30am.
