On February 9 (Saturday), the college in cooperation with the Maryland Dental Hygienists Association will hold the free dental treatments day known as “Sealant Saturday”.

This free dental treatments day will start at 10am and dentists will keep on providing treatments up until 2:00pm.

The children are going to receive dental sealants which will prevent the formation of cavities.

Dental sealants are thin layers of film, which are applied onto the molars, which are mostly predisposed to the formation of dental cavities.

Such free dental treatments are extremely important especially in the case of children who do not have proper access to dental care.

The exact location of the free dental treatments day is at 7200 Sollers Point Road, at the Dental Arts Building (Building D) on the CCBC campus at Dundalk.

In order to have access to these free dental treatments, appointments are necessary.

Parents are encouraged to call at the following number for confirmation of appointments:

443-840-3495.
