How long does it take the swelling to go down after you get your wisdom teeth out? I’m getting wisdom teeth out 9 days before my prom and im wondering if I will be ok for pictures.

Best case scenario, it is a week long but again, that is give or take. I suggest you...
Sleep on two pillows instead of one and elevate your head and prevent anymore bleeding
Put ice on it CONSTANTLY
No running, jumping around that can aggravate the wound
Eat something soft and nothing hard to chew that can open up the wound
Do not change the gauze or cotton or anything every 2 seconds you gotta let the blook clot
But the best sure way of making sure the swelling goes down is by putting ice on it constantly.
