I would compare what it will cost you out of pocket for each procedure, cost of the dental plan per month and the number of choices of providers.

I have found that you cannot always depend on who they have listed as their preferred providers. When I was looking, I called to make sure they were still participating providers. Some were no longer participating although they were listed.
