Question

I got braces and they’re poking my upper lip and inside of my cheeks. Dental wax is not really helpful, it just falls off in no time. Is it true that my mouth will develop a callus like lining to protect against this? If so, when?

Wax doesn't really work, but your mouth should get used to the poking and cutting in around 1-3 weeks. Use salty water it really works for the cuts.
