Can dental abscess lead to throat/oral cancer?

If a dental abscess is left untreated for more than 6 months or so…does it lead to a possible throat cancer…

No.There is no such theory in medical science which says that untreated infections lead to cancer.There could however be other complications,say pain,fever etc.
