Question

What can it be from? We brush his teeth 3 times a day. He has no cavities. His teeth a perfectly healthy. It seems like the smell comes out his nose too when his mouth is closed. Like when he is sleeping. He has never had anything like this before. Any suggestions on how to get rid of the bad breath? Oh and I cant give him mouth wash he is to young.

I’m thinking it may be coming from his tonsils, sometimes little kids will not complain about them but have a problem. However at times he may have an infection but as yet it is to come out and cause the pain. I would get that checked just in case as this was a problem with my daughter as well and turned out to be the tonsils. Ask a dentist or doctor.
