Free Dental Services Offered For Adults and Children

DETROIT — Free dental services are being offered Saturday in Detroit.
The Michigan Department of Community Health is hosting the Michigan Day of Oral Health Outreach from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the University of Detroit Mercy School Of Dentistry.
The school at 2700 Martin Luther King Drive in Detroit.
The clinic will provide free dental services and oral health education for adults in need of emergency services.
Around 400 volunteers will be on site to provide free basic dental services such as fillings, extractions and minor denture repair to low-income adults on a first-come first-serve basis.

Tooth Taxi to offer free dental services, screenings
Polk County’s Service Integration Team announced that a Tooth Taxi will be coming to the area Monday through Thursday.
The taxi will offer free dental services: screening and treatment by a pediatric dentist for ages 1 to 18. The service is offered to families who are not covered by insurance, the Oregon Health Plan or who have a limited income.
Free dental service is only available by application.
