Free Dental Services Granted
January 2nd, 2010Seaford woman promotes oral hygiene in South Africa
SALISBURY — A dental hygienist with Delmarva Dental Services in Salisbury, Susan Callaway had the opportunity to provide free dental care to more than 400 children in South Africa.
Callaway is one of 35 people from the United States selected to participate in the People to People and the American Dental Hygienist Association’s Dental Hygiene Delegation.

“Care Day:” Free Dental Care
In the spirit of giving this holiday season, Governor Ritter has proclaimed December 24th “Care Day.” It is part of a commitment to expand dental care in Colorado.
You can go to any Comfort Dental office in Colorado Springs, Monument or Pueblo to receive free dental care from 7:30 a.m to 11:30 a.m.

Tooth Taxi gets grant for $25,000
The Dental Foundation of Oregon has received a grant of $25,000 from Spirit Mountain Community Fund for support of the Tooth Taxi, its free mobile dental clinic.
The Tooth Taxi is a state-of-the-art mobile dental van that travels to schools throughout Oregon delivering free dental care and oral health education to thousands of underserved children each year.
