Community HealthWorx in Alexandria will introduce a dental program to its existing clinic and pharmacy services this summer. Linda Holinga, Community HealthWorx executive director, said the facility hopes to offer free dental services on Fridays.

Holinga said the facility will need $25,000 to $30,000 for equipment and improvements to have a successful free dental program.

Community HealthWorx is a non-profit organization, located at 1543 McGinnis St., that provides health services for residents who make 200 percent below the federal poverty level, Holinga said.
