Free dental services helps job seekers

Holland Township — I noticed a picture in The Sentinel recently of a local dental practice that volunteered hours to a free dental clinic, and I just wanted to say hooray!

I can only wish that more dentists and their staff would participate with services like this. I am one of those on a waiting list for such services because I am one of the thousands in our local area who does not have even health insurance because I could not afford coverage under COBRA.

I only regret that I cannot afford to keep my teeth nice because I have always kept my teeth up with dental care and now I cannot afford to do it.

  1. Do you have an updated list of free clinics for uninsured with dental work needed

  2. We don’t have a list of free dental clinics for uninsured, but we have a list of dental schools, where you can get affordable and sometimes free dental treatment: http://worldental.org/dentists/list-dental-schools-affordable-free-dentistry/1135/
