Patients all smiles at dental clinic
“We manage these children through the period of early childhood, adolescence (and) young adulthood making sure that the orthodontic treatment and some surgical treatments are done at the correct time,” he said.
Bloorview staff work in partnership with local professionals, such as orthodontist Dr. Kent Floreani.
If the free dental clinic wasn’t offered locally, young city residents and their parents would have to travel to Toronto for appointments at Bloorview or Hospital for Sick Children.
