  17. what a blog thanks a lot. Oral care is one of the necessary part of the life. Thanks again.

    But one of the query

If a person undergoes the treatment of Teeth whitening how much time he care very much?

  18. www.sharonhills.co.uk

My blog is also my personal journal – I have been through loads in the last 5 years, from losing my apartment in an earthquake, to staying in a womens refuge, sleeping rough on the beach, and being involved with a navy love rat (the epitomy of “a girl in every port” !!!!!

Obviously, over this time, my health has suffered and this has had a direct affect on my oral hygiene and the state of my teeth – for example, when I was sleeping rough on the beach, nutrition and dental hygiene was low on my list!! Well, now, frankly this has a direct affect on my day to day living – im embarassed to smile, to speak out loud, in case somebody notices….and I know im at increased risk of oral cancer as well………..so brush and floss people……..brush and floss!!!

    Cheers, Sharon (UK)
